What can I do if I forget the login password of camera’s login account?
There are two ways to check the password:
1. Check the password via the tpCamera app
In the Device page, tap the “i” button and go to the Details page, and press the eye shaped button, the password will show up.
2. Check the password via Web site
Login to the TP-LINK cloud Web site with the TP-LINK cloud account which you used to registered, in the Home page, select the camera you want and go to Settings; tick show password and the login password will show up in the left.
If you are not able to get the password from the methods above, please reset the camera to default setting by pressing the WPS/RESET button at the back of the camera for more than 5 seconds. After resetting, the login username and password will both be reverted to admin.
Note: Once resetting, the camera will be deleted from the account; you have to re-register the camera to a TP-LINK cloud account if necessary.
2. Check the password via Web site
